If you are visiting Folkestone then we are sure this remarkable 2 bedroom apartment would meet your needs and requirements for the duration of your visit to this seaside town. Situated in the West end area of Folkestone and right next to the locally named Bouverie Village, the property is located only a short walk to the local shops,restaurants and a superb public house that are all found within the Bouverie village area. The main town centre is approximately a ten minute stroll in one direction and in the other direction is Folkestone's unique clifftop promenade, The Leas. Our property is also the perfect location for visiting the Leas Cliff Hall Entertainment and Function venue. The Grand Hall seats 900 and it has a standing capacity of 1500. It currently presents a varied programme of touring shows including concerts, comedy, ballet and wrestling

In recent years Folkestone has seen lots of regeneration and development, with brand new shopping areas, leisure facilities and Restaurants. Folkestone is also one of the best connected towns on the coast, with direct rail links to London and is the ideal base for exploring the beautiful surrounding landscape.

The Property

A stunning 2 bedroom first floor apartment, decorated and furnished to a high standard with a contemporary finish whilst maintaining some influence of the Victorian era. 

Guest access

Access to the apartment is via a main entrance communal door located at the front of the property.

Interaction with guests

A coded key safe is available which enables guests the flexibility to arrive at their convenience. We shall contact you prior to your stay with a code for the safe. ( these codes change after each guest) 

During your visit we are contactable 24 hours a day to answer any questions or to assist if we can and of course for any maintenance requirements.
