Our well equipped cosy cottage is located within the Middle Street Conservation area of Deal and is ideal for anyone wanting to relax and recharge! A stone’s throw from the beach, restaurants, coffee shops and wine bars.
A base to visit local attractions or to just visit loved ones.

The property was constructed in 2008 within the Middle Street Conservation area of Deal in Kent.
The architectural and historic importance of the Middle Street Deal Conservation Area has long been recognised with Its distinctive character typified by the central axis of mainly Georgian terraced houses clustered around Middle Street; changing as you move towards Deal Castle.
The property boasts charm and was built using traditional methods combined with the modern building regulation requirements. Fitted with double glazed wooden sash windows, cast iron guttering and set in a cosy plot with courtyard garden.
Whether young or old, going out with your friends or family there is something for everyone in Deal, Kent.
Deal has an excellent range of independent shops, 3 weekly markets, 2 castles, wonderful architecture, a pier and 2 small museums all within walking distance.
Deal Kent is a winner of the Daily Telegraph's High Street of the Year award.
There's plenty to do for visitors of all ages.The town centre is pedestrianised and most of the town is on the flat making it ideal for leisurely strolls.
Deal has a quarter mile long pier that gives great views along the historic beachfront. The pier head restaurant has a timber and glass construction with fantastic views.
Deal in Kent came first in the Telegraph's '10 top spots to lay your beach towel'. Deal was praised for being 'the genuine Georgian article, with blustery promenade and winding streets.'
If you fancy a dining out there are many pubs to suit all tastes from traditional to modern as well as restaurants offering English, French, Thai, Chinese and Indian cuisine. There is also a wide range of cafes and bistros plus plenty of sandwich bars and fast food take aways.
Deal also has a great range of specialty food shops including an artisan bakers, delicatessens and an Italian patisserie.
The Property

Door into kitchen, Well equipped to cook a light supper or a roast with all the trimmings.
Door leading into the lounge. Comfortable and cosy.
Double doors leading to the courtyard, side gate onto drive and to front of the cottage.
At the top of the stairs is the bathroom, with bath and shower within the bath.
A good Size Master bedroom with double bed and plenty of storage.
The second bedroom has a single bed with wardrobe and bedside table. This bed also has a pullout trundle to allow for an extra guest.
The cottage has double glazing and gas central heating.
A lovely space to relax in or retreat to after a busy day sightseeing or visiting loved ones.
Travel cot /sheets and Stair gates are available upon request ONLY as these are not stored at the Cottage.
There is a small selection of books,DVDs, puzzles and games/coloring at the Cottage for you to use freely.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the property and is included free of charge
Guest access
Access to the entire cottage, off road parking at the side of the cottage, this parking is available free of charge but is a tight space to get into and may need several manoeuvres to master. We find it easier to reverse into the space from up the lane (picture shows car situated within the space) courtyard garden and all equipment within.
Interaction with guests
A key safe is available which enables guests the flexibility to arrive at their convenience. We shall contact you prior to your stay with a code for the safe. ( these codes change after each guest)
During your visit we are contactable 24 hours a day to answer any questions or to assist if we can and of course for any maintenance requirements.
Upon your arrival we will welcome you with a call or text and again after your first night to ensure you have all you require.
We then leave you to enjoy your time without further interruption from us.
The local Area
Where the cottage is situated you can either be detached and enjoy a level of solitude or within 1 minute be in the heart of Deal, on the beach,at a restaurant, in a coffee shop or having a rummage in some delightful antique shops/ charity shops.
Deal has a Farmers market where you can purchase local produce, a market on Saturday mornings and many other events throughout the year,
Getting around
Although transport is not necessary if you are staying within Deal to go further afield there is a taxi service at the top of the lane and bus stop. The train station is a 5 minute walk from the Cottage
